Faites fondre le beurre dans une casserole. A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau, beurrez 3 moules \u00e0 tartes \u00e0 bord haut. Placez une premi\u00e8re feuille de brick dont vous rabattrez le tour au centre, beurrez la. Placez la seconde feuilles mais cette fois ci coupez l&rsquo;exc\u00e9dent et beurrez la \u00e9galement. Recommencez pour les 2 autres moules. Dans une assiette creuse, \u00e9crasez le fromage de ch\u00e8vre \u00e0 la fourchette, ajoutez les \u0153ufs\u00a0 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement battus, le basilic cisel\u00e9, l&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9 et du poivre. Placez la semoule sur le fond des feuilles de brick, cela absorbera l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9. Versez l&rsquo;appareil, parsemez de pignons et enfournez pour 15 minutes.
