Mettez la p\u00e2te dans un plat \u00e0 tarte de 30 cm. Piquez la p\u00e2te. Faites chauffez un po\u00eale et mettez les lardons \u00e0 suer.(il vont perdre leur graisse). Egouttez et replacez les un instant dans la po\u00eale pour les faire dorer. Coupez le jambon en d\u00e9s. Placez sur le fond de tarte les lardons et le jambon. Dans un petit saladier, cassez les oeufs, ajoutez la cr\u00e8me, sel (tr\u00e8s peu), poivre et muscade. Battez bien et versez l&rsquo;appareil sur la tarte. Enfournez 20 min.
