J&rsquo;aime   parfois retrouver les saveurs des bons plats familiaux de mon enfance&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1200 aligncenter\" title=\"Noix de veau r\u00f4tie\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/P1010383.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/P1010383.jpg 350w, https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/P1010383-224x300.jpg 224w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour 6\/8 personnes<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Pr\u00e9paration : <\/strong>5 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Cuisson :<\/strong> 1 h 10 (30 minutes par livre (500g))<br \/>\n<strong>Difficult\u00e9 :<\/strong> Facile<br \/>\n<strong>Co\u00fbt :<\/strong> Moyen<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 noix de veau de 1.100 kg<br \/>\n&#8211; 6 gousses d&rsquo;ail non pel\u00e9es<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 oignons nouveau pel\u00e9s<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 cs d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\n&#8211; 20 g de beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; 125g de lardons allumettes fum\u00e9s (j&rsquo;utilise beaucoup les petits lardons mais rien ne vous emp\u00eache de mettre des gros)<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, poivre<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 230\u00b0C. Dans un plat \u00e0 gratin, mettez l&rsquo;huile, la viande, les gousses d&rsquo;ail, les oignons et les lardons. R\u00e9partissez le beurre sur le dessus de la viande et enfournez pour 1 h 10. Retournez la viande r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et au bout de 30 minutes de cuisson baissez le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C. Une fois cuite laissez reposer votre viande au moins 10 minutes four \u00e9teint et entreb\u00e2ill\u00e9.
