Pelez les pommes de terre, \u00e9mincez les en fines tranches. Frottez le plat \u00e0 gratin avec le gousse d&rsquo;ail pel\u00e9e et beurrez le. Disposez la moiti\u00e9 des pommes de terre dans le plat. Otez la peau et \u00e9miettez le boudin par dessus (ou vous pouvez le couper en rondelles). Recouvrez du reste des pommes de terre. Dans un saladier, fouettez l&rsquo;oeuf, la cr\u00e8me et le lait. Salez, poivrez et muscadez. Versez le m\u00e9lange dans le plat.
