Mettre la farine dans une terrine. Formez un puits et y d\u00e9poser le sucre, l&rsquo;\u0153uf, le sel, le beurre fondu et la levure d\u00e9lay\u00e9e dans le lait ti\u00e8de. P\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle se d\u00e9tache de la terrine. Formez une boule, couvrir et laissez lever 1H.<br \/>\nPr\u00e9chauffez le four th. 7 (220\u00b0C). Etalez la p\u00e2te sur 1\/2 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. Pr\u00e9parez la garniture. Faire fondre doucement le beurre, ajoutez la cassonade et le jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf, m\u00e9langez. Versez sur la p\u00e2te. Et faire cuire 20 min.<\/p>\n<p>Attention la garniture \u00e0 tendance \u00e0 prendre le large !
