Je la fais depuis des ann\u00e9es&#8230; La premi\u00e8re fois je devais avoir&#8230;13 ans&#8230;. et la seule petite modification que je lui ai apport\u00e9e est l&rsquo;ajout d&rsquo;une pinc\u00e9e de sucre&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1446 aligncenter\" title=\"Tarte aux oignons\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/P1010566.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/P1010566.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/P1010566-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><strong>Pour 6 personnes<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> 20 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Cuisson :<\/strong> 45 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Difficult\u00e9 : <\/strong>Facile<br \/>\n<strong>Co\u00fbt :<\/strong> Abordable<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 rouleau de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<br \/>\n&#8211; 500g d&rsquo;oignons<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/3 de litre de lait<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cs bomb\u00e9e de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 \u00e0 3 jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 40g de beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 grosse pinc\u00e9e de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, poivre, muscade<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C. \u00c9pluchez et \u00e9mincez les oignons. Ne pas les hacher. Dans une po\u00eale, faites fondre le beurre, ajoutez les oignons et le sucre. Faites les fondre \u00e0 petit feu pendant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes,\u00a0 salez, poivrez et muscadez. Attention, ils doivent seulement blondir. Ajoutez\u00a0 ensuite la farine, remuez bien pour qu&rsquo;elle soit enti\u00e8rement amalgam\u00e9e aux oignons. Mouillez d&rsquo;un seul coup avec le lait froid, portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition en remuant. Si cela vous parait un peu trop \u00e9pais, ajoutez un peu de lait. La consistance doit \u00eatre celle d&rsquo;une b\u00e9chamel un peu \u00e9paisse. Ajoutez les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs un par un, m\u00e9langez bien, goutez et rectifiez l&rsquo;assaisonnement. Placez la p\u00e2te dans un moule, piquez le fond et versez la pr\u00e9paration dessus. Enfournez pour 40 \u00e0 45 minutes.
