Un petit plat complet qui fait manger des l\u00e9gumes aux r\u00e9calcitrants !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/P1010526.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 300px; height: 400px\" alt=\"Dinde, P\u00e2tes, L\u00e9gumes, Coco plat\" title=\"Wok de dinde, coco plat et farfalle\" border=\"0\" height=\"400\" width=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 3 personnes voir 4 en fonction des portions<br \/>\n(total des points WW. du plat 22,5 vous pouvez l&rsquo;all\u00e9ger encore en ne mettant que 50g de lardons et le total n&rsquo;est plus que de 18).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 140g de farfalles crues<br \/>\n&#8211; 300g de coco plat frais (ou surgel\u00e9s)<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 filets de dinde<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 gros oignon<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 gousses d&rsquo;ail<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cc d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olives<br \/>\n&#8211; 10 feuilles de persil plat \u00e9minc\u00e9s<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g de lardons allumettes<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, poivre<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire les p\u00e2tes 1 min de moins que le temps indiqu\u00e9 sur le paquet. Les rincer \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau froide pour arr\u00eater la cuisson. \u00c9queutez le coco plats, les couper en deux s&rsquo;ils sont trop grands et les faire cuire (15 min pour moi). Ils doivent rest\u00e9 un peu croquant. Emincez les filets de dindes, les oignons, l&rsquo;ail. Dans un wok, faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile, ajoutez l&rsquo;ail et l&rsquo;oignon, remuez. Ajoutez ensuite les lardons et la viande et laissez cuire 5 min, bien remuer.  Ajoutez les p\u00e2tes et les cocos, salez, poivrez et faire r\u00e9chauffer 5 min, rajoutez le persil, donnez un coup de cuill\u00e8re et servez.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apr\u00e8s tout ces desserts, il faut penser \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, voir all\u00e9g\u00e9 !
