Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Dans le bol du robot, mettez le beurre et le sucre et battez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange devienne blanc et l\u00e9ger. Ajoutez la ricotta, les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs et la vanille. M\u00e9langez bien. Montez les blancs en neige ferme et incorporez les petits \u00e0 petits dans la p\u00e2te, en soulevant pour conserver sa l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9.\u00a0 Tamisez la farine avec la levure, puis versez doucement au reste du m\u00e9lange, en soulevant \u00e0 nouveau. \u00c9gouttez les raisins et incorporez les. Versez la p\u00e2te dans le ou les moules et enfournez. Laissez refroidir pos\u00e9 sur une grille.
