Pr\u00e9parez la compote de fruits rouges : lavez les fraises, \u00e9queutez-les et coupez-les, d\u00e9posez-les dans une casserole et faites-les chauffer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Ajoutez 50g de sucre, les framboises et faites compoter l\u00e9g\u00e8rement (10 min). Otez du feu et laissez refroidir.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">2. Pr\u00e9parez la cr\u00e8me de tapioca : faites cuire le tapioca dans une grande casserole d&rsquo;eau bouillante 3-4 mn sans cesser de m\u00e9langer. Egouttez-le.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">3. Dans une autre casserole, versez le lait, le lait de coco, 25g de sucre et le tapioca cuit. Laissez cuire \u00e0 feu doux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le tapioca devienne transparent sans cesser de m\u00e9langer.* Otez du feu et laissez refroidir.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">4. Dans un verre, d\u00e9posez un peu de compote de fruits rouges, puis recouvrez de tapioca. Placez au frais. Au moment de servir, d\u00e9corez avec quelques fruits rouges.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">* J\u2019ai ajout\u00e9 une feuille de g\u00e9latine en fin de cuisson pour obtenir une consistance un peu plus ferme, car je la trouvais trop liquide.
