Qu&rsquo;elle soit au citron jaune ou citron vert, je ne jure plus que par elle&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/P10106212-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16741\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/P10106212-1.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/P10106212-1-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Pour 8 parts :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 1 fond de tarte sucr\u00e9 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=162\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ici<\/a><br>&#8211; 340g de sucre en poudre<br>&#8211; 8 gros oeufs<br>&#8211; 35 cl de cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse<br>&#8211; 20 cl de jus de citron vert<br>&#8211; 10 cl de jus de citron jaune<br>(cette fois je n&rsquo;ai mis que du citron jaune et j&rsquo;ai rajoutez des zestes que j&rsquo;ai blanchi 30sec).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Lustrez le fond de tarte pr\u00e9cuit avec de l&rsquo;oeuf battu. (pr\u00e9servation du croustillant). M\u00e9langez les oeufs et le sucre. Ajoutez la cr\u00e8me et les jus. M\u00e9langez. Remplissez le fond de tarte avec la pr\u00e9paration et faire cuire 45 min. La cr\u00e8me doit prendre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement mais rester assez souple au centre de la tarte.
