{"id":171,"date":"2008-03-25T07:39:30","date_gmt":"2008-03-25T06:39:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=171"},"modified":"2010-04-04T08:39:51","modified_gmt":"2010-04-04T07:39:51","slug":"tiramisu-au-chocolat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=171","title":{"rendered":"Tiramisu au chocolat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un classique toujours appr\u00e9ci\u00e9,\u00a0 et simplement pour se rappeler que c&rsquo;est P\u00e2ques rajouter des petits \u0153ufs en chocolat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/P1010680.jpg\" alt=\"Tiramisu au chocolat\" border=\"0\" height=\"400\" width=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 6 personnes<br \/>\n30 minutes de pr\u00e9paration<br \/>\n5 heures de refroidissement (voir la veille)<\/p>\n<p>1 plat de service ou 6 coupes individuelles<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 25 cl de caf\u00e9 tr\u00e8s fort ti\u00e9di<br \/>\n&#8211; 6 \u0153ufs dont vous aurez s\u00e9par\u00e9 les blancs des jaunes<br \/>\n&#8211; 110 g de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 g de mascarpone<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 verre d&rsquo;amaretto ou de marsala<br \/>\n&#8211; 30 biscuits \u00e0 la cuiller (24 pour les coupes individuelles)<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe de cacao en poudre<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g de chocolat noir<\/p>\n<p>Battez les jaunes avec le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse. Incorporez le mascarpone en continuant de battre. Montez 3 des blancs en neige (par erreur j&rsquo;ai mis les 6 et la cr\u00e8me obtenue \u00e9tait beaucoup plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re) et ajoutez-les au m\u00e9lange mascarpone\/\u0153ufs\/sucre.<br \/>\nAjoutez l&rsquo;amaretto au caf\u00e9, trempez rapidement les biscuits dans le m\u00e9lange et disposez-les au fond du ou des r\u00e9cipients. Faites fondre le chocolat au micro-ondes ou au bain-marie.
