Placez les dans un saladier et \u00e9crasez les avec un presse pur\u00e9e. Ajoutez le fromage, m\u00e9langez et compl\u00e9tez avec un peu d&rsquo;eau de cuisson jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la consistance d\u00e9sir\u00e9e. Poivrez, goutez et salez si besoin.
