Dans un petit saladier m\u00e9langez tout les autres ingr\u00e9dients et versez ensuite sur les morceaux de viandes. Retournez les morceaux, couvrez et placez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour 2 jours. Retournez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les morceaux pendant ces 2 jours.<br \/>\nPr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C. Placez les morceaux de viandes sur une plaque et enfournez les pour 1 h 15. Arrosez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les morceaux pendant\u00a0 la cuisson avec la marinade rest\u00e9e dans le plat, et pensez \u00e9galement \u00e0 les retournez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement afin qu&rsquo;ils soient bien grill\u00e9s de tout les c\u00f4t\u00e9s.
