Je me suis inspir\u00e9e de la recette de Julie Andrieu ou j&rsquo;ai supprim\u00e9 le gingembre confit car je n&rsquo;en suis pas fan&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/P1010732.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 300px; height: 400px\" alt=\"Banane, Tartes sucr\u00e9es, Rapide\" title=\"Tarte tatin \u00e0 la banane\" border=\"0\" height=\"400\" width=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e<br \/>\n&#8211; 120g de vergeoise blonde (dans la recette originale c&rsquo;est du sucre)<br \/>\n&#8211; 5 bananes<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 cs d&rsquo;eau<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 filet de citron<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four  200\u00b0C (6\/7). Beurrez un moule \u00e0 tarte. Placez la vergeoise au fond et humidifiez le avec l&rsquo;eau.Pelez et coupez les bananes en rondelles pas trop grosse, entre 1\/2 et 1 cm. Placez les sur le sucre. Versez le filet de citron sur les bananes. D\u00e9roulez la p\u00e2te et recouvrez les bananes. Enfournez 30 min. Attendre 5 min avant de d\u00e9mouler.
