En voici une, qui m&rsquo;a permis d&rsquo;\u00e9couler la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u0153ufs astronomique que j&rsquo;avais&#8230;<br \/>\nVous pouvez, si vous le souhaitez r\u00e9aliser un caramel que vous laisserez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement refroidir dans les moules avant de mettre votre appareil et d\u2019enfourner. Versez le lait dans une casserole \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais avec le sucre et la gousse de vanille fendue en deux. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Fouettez les \u0153ufs dans un grand bol et versez peu \u00e0 peu le lait bouillant en continuant de remuer. Versez ensuite dans les moules. Placez les dans un grand plat \u00e0 bords un peu haut et remplissez le au deux tiers d&rsquo;eau fr\u00e9missante. Mettez au four et laissez cuire au bain marie pendant environ 20 \u00e0 25 minutes (suivant la taille de vos moules).
