R\u00e9sultat, un petit d\u00e9lice qui se laisse facilement grignoter avec une petite salade verte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/P1010898.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 400px; height: 300px\" alt=\"Italie, Riz, Mozzarella, Epices, G.Laurentiis,\" title=\"Arancini di risa (Petite boules de riz ....)\" border=\"0\" height=\"300\" width=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour environ 20 boules, (les n\u00f4tres \u00e9taient plus grosse environ 14)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 480ml de \u00ab\u00a0risotto classique froid (2 cup)<br \/>\n&#8211; 360ml  de chapelure assaisonn\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;italienne  (1 cup 1\/2)<br \/>\n&#8211; 120ml de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9 (1\/2 cup)<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 gros oeufs battus<br \/>\n&#8211; 60g de mozzarella, coup\u00e9e en cube de 1.25 cm<br \/>\n&#8211; Huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale pour la friture<\/p>\n<p>Dans un grand bol, d\u00e9posez le risotto, la 1\/2 cup de chapelure, le parmesan et les oeufs. Bien m\u00e9langer. Dans une petite assiette d\u00e9posez le cup de chapelure restante. En utilisant environ 2 cs \u00e0 soupe pas trop rempli du m\u00e9lange \u00e0 risotto, cr\u00e9ez une boule d&rsquo;environ 4 cm de diam\u00e8tre autour de chaque cube de mozzarella. Roulez les boules dans la chapelure pour bien les enrober.<br \/>\nFaites chauffer l&rsquo;huile jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la temp\u00e9rature atteigne 175\u00b0C, y d\u00e9poser les boules de riz par petite fourn\u00e9e et les cuire 4 min ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient bien dor\u00e9es. Egouttez les sur du papier absorbant et r\u00e9servez au chaud.
