A vous de choisir !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2136 aligncenter\" title=\"Clafoutis aux cerises\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/P1020235.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/P1020235.jpg 350w, https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/P1020235-224x300.jpg 224w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour 6 personnes<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> 10 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Cuisson :<\/strong> 30 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Difficult\u00e9 :<\/strong> Facile<br \/>\n<strong>Co\u00fbt :<\/strong> Abordable<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 600g de cerises<br \/>\n&#8211; 40g de beurre sal\u00e9 + 20 g pour le moule (ou du beurre + de la fleur de sel)<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 20cl de lait<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; 60g de sucre en poudre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9 ou 10g de sucre vanill\u00e9 maison<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 210\u00b0C. Lavez rapidement les cerises sous un filet d&rsquo;eau, \u00e9queutez les et \u00e9gouttez les. Faites fondre le beurre dans une petite casserole. M\u00e9langez dans un grand bol, la farine, le sucre, le sel et le sucre vanill\u00e9. Cassez les \u0153ufs\u00a0 et incorporez les peu \u00e0 peu, puis versez le lait petit \u00e0 petit tout en continuant \u00e0 m\u00e9langer. Ajoutez le beurre fondu. Beurrez le moule, d\u00e9posez les cerises puis versez la p\u00e2te. Mettez au four pendant 10 minutes, puis baissez la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 180\u00b0C et laissez encore cuire 20 minutes.
