Pelez les et \u00e9p\u00e9pinez-les. Pelez et hachez l&rsquo;oignon. Faites revenir dans une sauteuse avec l&rsquo;huile. Ajoutez les tomates, les piments et l&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9s. Salez et laissez mijoter 15 min \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert. Pendant ce temps faites cuire les p\u00e2tes dans l&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e, le temps indiqu\u00e9 sur le paquet. M\u00e9langez le miel avec le vinaigre, ajoutez le ketchup et la sauce soja. Versez sur les tomates et m\u00e9langez soigneusement. Egoutez les p\u00e2tes et ajoute-les dans la sauteuse avec les amandes.
