A accompagner de riz nature ou de l\u00e9gumes croquants et l&rsquo;on se retrouve au pays du soleil levant&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/P1010977.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 400px; height: 300px\" alt=\"Asie, crevettes, Gingembre, L\u00e9g\u00e8re, Rapide, Tomates\" title=\"Crevettes aigres-douces aux s\u00e9sames\" border=\"0\" height=\"300\" width=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 4 personnes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 500g de crevettes d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9es<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 \u00e9chalotes<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cs d&rsquo;huile<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cm de gingembre rap\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; 200g de pulpe de tomate<br \/>\n&#8211; 15cl de fumet de poisson<br \/>\n&#8211; 15cl de vin blanc<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cc de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cc de ma\u00efzena<br \/>\n&#8211; le jus d&rsquo;un citron vert<br \/>\n&#8211; 20g de graine de s\u00e9same blanc<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel et poivre<\/p>\n<p>Chauffez l&rsquo;huile dans un wok. Faire revenir les crevettes 3 min. Pelez et \u00e9mincez les \u00e9chalotes. Otez les crevettes et remplacez les par le gingembre et les \u00e9chalotes. Cuisez environ 10 min, puis versez la tomate, le fumet de poisson, le vin blanc, le sucre, le sel et le poivre. Faites r\u00e9duire environ 15 min. Incorporez la ma\u00efzena d\u00e9lay\u00e9e dans un peu d&rsquo;eau, portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition pour lier la sauce et rajoutez le jus de citron, les s\u00e9sames. Remuez et rajoutez les crevettes.
