{"id":233,"date":"2008-06-10T12:32:55","date_gmt":"2008-06-10T10:32:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=233"},"modified":"2008-06-10T12:32:55","modified_gmt":"2008-06-10T10:32:55","slug":"briouattes-au-fromage-frais-briouattes-bel-jben","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=233","title":{"rendered":"Briouattes au fromage frais (briouattes bel jben)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ce weekend \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s Marocain, et nous aimons particuli\u00e8rement ces petites bouch\u00e9es, pour les rendre plus l\u00e9g\u00e8res elles peuvent tr\u00e8s bien se faire cuire au four.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/06\/P1010993.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 400px; height: 300px\" alt=\"Fromage, Feuille de Brick, Oeufs, Maroc, F.Hal\" title=\"Briouattes au fromage frais (briouattes bel jben)\" border=\"0\" height=\"300\" width=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 16 pi\u00e8ces<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 200g de fromage frais (voir pour de la ch\u00e8vre car j&rsquo;ai mis de la brousse et le gout \u00e9tait un peu fade.)<br \/>\n&#8211; 50g de beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 pinc\u00e9e de poivre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 pinc\u00e9e de thym<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 8 feuilles de brick<br \/>\n&#8211; Huile pour frire<br \/>\npour apporter un petit plus j&rsquo;ai mis de la menthe dans chaque pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une casserole, mettez le fromage, le beurre, le sel, le poivre et le thym. Ajoutez les \u0153ufs battus et faites cuire en remuant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange \u00e9paississe. Coupez les feuilles de bricks en 2 et replier le c\u00f4t\u00e9 arrondi de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 obtenir 2 bandes.  Placez une noix de farce \u00e0 l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9  puis repliez-la en forme de triangle. Faites frire les briouattes et les d\u00e9poser sur du papier absorbant.
