{"id":245,"date":"2008-07-02T07:32:49","date_gmt":"2008-07-02T05:32:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=245"},"modified":"2008-07-02T07:32:49","modified_gmt":"2008-07-02T05:32:49","slug":"quiche-a-la-ratatouille","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=245","title":{"rendered":"Quiche \u00e0 la ratatouille"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\">Quand je fais de la ratatouille, j&rsquo;en ai toujours plus qu&rsquo;il en faut, et pour une fois au lieu de la mettre au cong\u00e9lateur, j&rsquo;ai chercher une petite recette sur les innombrables livres que j&rsquo;ai.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/07\/P1020090.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 400px; height: 300px\" alt=\"Entr\u00e9e chaude, Tartes sal\u00e9es, Courgette, Aubergine, Poivron, Tomates, Oeufs, Cr\u00e8me, Rapide\" title=\"Quiche \u00e0 la ratatouille\" border=\"0\" height=\"300\" width=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 4 \u00e0 6 personnes (moule de 24cm)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 180g de p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e<br \/>\n&#8211; 500g de ratatouille<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 petits \u0153ufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 15cl de cr\u00e8me liquide ou fromage blanc<br \/>\n&#8211; 70g de comt\u00e9 ou parmesan<br \/>\n&#8211; 10 olives d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, poivre<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (th.6). Garnissez le de la p\u00e2te en conservant le papier de cuisson. Piquez la avec un fourchette. Battez les oeufs avec la cr\u00e8me. Salez, poivrez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement surtout si vous mettez du parmesan. Ajoutez la ratatouille ainsi que les olives coup\u00e9s en trois. R\u00e2pez le fromage et ajoutez la moiti\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration. \u00c9talez l&rsquo;appareil sur le fond de tarte et parsemez du reste de fromage. Enfournez 35 min.
