{"id":2514,"date":"2011-09-21T17:30:15","date_gmt":"2011-09-21T15:30:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=2514"},"modified":"2011-09-21T17:30:15","modified_gmt":"2011-09-21T15:30:15","slug":"riz-aux-crabes-et-safran","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=2514","title":{"rendered":"Riz aux crabes et safran"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Je vous\u00a0 propose une petite recette bidouill\u00e9e avec les ingr\u00e9dients de mon placard.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2516 aligncenter\" title=\"Riz au crabe et safran\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/P1020377.jpg\" alt=\"Riz au crabe et safran\" width=\"350\" height=\"466\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/P1020377.jpg 350w, https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/P1020377-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><strong>Pour 4 personnes<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> 15 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Cuisson :<\/strong> 11 minutes (Parce que mon riz \u00e9tait en fait pour une cuisson 10 minutes &#8211; adapter en fonction du riz que vous utilisez)<br \/>\n<strong>Difficult\u00e9 :<\/strong> Facile<br \/>\n<strong>Co\u00fbt :<\/strong> Cela d\u00e9pend du ce que vous achetez comme crabe.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 230g de riz<br \/>\n&#8211; 120g de chair de crabe, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re la chair aux miettes<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 botte de ciboulette<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 pinc\u00e9e de pistil de safran<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 oignon<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 fois 1\/2 le volume du riz d&rsquo;eau bouillante<br \/>\n&#8211; le jus d&rsquo;un demi citron vert<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cs d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, poivre<\/p>\n<p>Hachez finement l&rsquo;oignon. Dans une cocotte, faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile et versez y l&rsquo;oignon, laissez le fondre sans coloration. Ajoutez le riz, remuez, l&rsquo;eau, les pistils de safran, du sel et du poivre. Remuez, baissez le feu et couvrez. Laissez cuire 10 minutes. Remuez de temps en temps. Hachez la ciboulette, \u00e9gouttez la chair de crabe (si c&rsquo;est une boite) et \u00e9miettez la grossi\u00e8rement. Pressez le citron. Quand le riz est presque cuit, ajoutez le crabe et une fois la cuisson termin\u00e9e, la ciboulette et le citron.
