Elle est \u00e0 la fois \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et compl\u00e8te, pourquoi se casser la t\u00eate !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/07\/P1020168.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 400px; height: 300px\" alt=\"Cr\u00e8me, L\u00e9g\u00e8re, L\u00e9gumes, Oeufs, Parmesan, Rapide\" title=\"Clafoutis aux l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s\" border=\"0\" height=\"300\" width=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 4 personnes<br \/>\n(7.5  pts WW la portion)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 800g de l\u00e9gumes surgel\u00e9s pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 la romaine<br \/>\n&#8211; 60g de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; 25cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cs de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; Poivre<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four th. 6 (180\u00b0C). Faire d\u00e9congelez les l\u00e9gumes au micron ondes. Pendant ce temps, dans un bol, m\u00e9langez, la farine avec un peu de cr\u00e8me puis rajoutez les \u0153ufs et le reste de cr\u00e8me. Poivrez. Placez les l\u00e9gumes dans un plat anti-adh\u00e9sif, parsemez des 3\/4 du parmesan, rajoutez la cr\u00e8me et terminer par le reste du parmesan et enfournez 40 min.<\/p>\n<p>* Vous pouvez all\u00e9ger encore un peu le plat en utilisant les l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s non pr\u00e9par\u00e9s, il faudra rajouter simplement du thym ou un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;herbes de provence dans les l\u00e9gumes et pens\u00e9 \u00e0 saler la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p><em>(recette extraite \u00ab\u00a0Cuisine actuelle\u00a0\u00bb) <\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Une petite recette tr\u00e8s rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer entre la piscine et l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ro ou vice et versa.
