{"id":28,"date":"2007-11-30T08:29:18","date_gmt":"2007-11-30T07:29:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=28"},"modified":"2008-10-12T10:41:32","modified_gmt":"2008-10-12T08:41:32","slug":"spaghetti-au-citron","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=28","title":{"rendered":"Spaghetti au citron"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>R\u00e9serv\u00e9 a ceux qui aime le citron&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/P1010026_1.jpg\" alt=\"Citron, G.Laurentiis, P\u00e2tes, Rapide\" title=\"Spaghetti au citron\" border=\"0\" width=\"350\" height=\"466\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 4 portions en plat principal et 6 pour un accompagnement<\/p>\n<p>Il faut :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 160 ml d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 160 ml de parmesan fraichement r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 120 ml de jus de citron frais (2 citrons)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 450g de spaghetti s\u00e8ches<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1\/2 botte de basilic hach\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Fleur de sel<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Poivre<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Zeste de citron (1 citron)<\/p>\n<p>Dans une grande marmite d&rsquo;eau faire cuire les p\u00e2tes pendant 8 min. Pendant ce temps, dans un grand bol, fouettez l&rsquo;huile, le parmesan, le jus de citron, le sel et le poivre. Bien m\u00e9langer, r\u00e9servez. (La sauce peut se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance, bien la couvrir).<\/p>\n<p>Egouttez les p\u00e2tes en r\u00e9servant environ 240 ml d&rsquo;eau de cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez les spaghettis \u00e0 la sauce au citron, incorporez le basilic et les zestes de citron, bien m\u00e9langer.
