Posez les dans un plat avec le vin, deux pinc\u00e9es de paprika, sel, poivre et 1 cs d&rsquo;huile. Laissez mariner 20 min. Pelez et \u00e9mincez les oignons.Chauffez l&rsquo;autre cuill\u00e8re d&rsquo;huile dans une po\u00eale et y faire dorer le poulet. Remplacez-le par les oignons et remuez 2 min. Ajoutez le fond de volaille, la marinade, le poulet, du sel et du poivre. Baissez le feu et laissez r\u00e9duire 10 min.
