Pelez, lavez et coupez les pommes de terre. Placez la farine dans un sac de cong\u00e9lation, ajoutez une pinc\u00e9e de sel et de poivre. Placez la viande \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur et secouez pour bien enrober les morceaux. Faites le en 2 ou 3 fois. Dans une cocotte, faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile, ajoutez la viande et faites la dorer. Pelez l&rsquo;ail et ajoutez les en les pressant avec un presse ail, puis le romarin. Mouillez avec le vin blanc, puis le bouillon de poule. Faites cuire 30 minutes \u00e0 feu doux, puis rajoutez les pommes de terre et laissez cuire de nouveau 30 minutes.
