{"id":305,"date":"2008-09-24T14:23:13","date_gmt":"2008-09-24T12:23:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=305"},"modified":"2008-10-12T10:36:42","modified_gmt":"2008-10-12T08:36:42","slug":"chili-con-carne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=305","title":{"rendered":"Chili con carne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une petite recette pour s&rsquo;\u00e9moustiller les papilles, avec juste ce qu&rsquo;il faut de piment , pour 2 ou pour 6, c&rsquo;est toujours un plaisir \u00e0 d\u00e9guster.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/P1020684.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 300px; height: 400px\" alt=\"Boeuf, Coriandre, Epices, Haricots rouges, Herbes, Oignons, Piments, Poivron, Tomate, Tex Mex\" title=\"Chili con carne\" border=\"0\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 6 personnes<br \/>\n(6 poins WW la part)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 700g de steak hach\u00e9 (5%)<br \/>\n&#8211; 500g de tomate<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 oignons moyens<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 piment doux<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 poivron<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 piment oiseau<br \/>\n&#8211; 500g (net) de haricots rouges en boite<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 bouquet de coriandre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1.5 cs d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cc de cumin<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, poivre<\/p>\n<p>Nettoyez le poivron et coupez le en petits d\u00e9s. Pelez et \u00e9p\u00e9pinez les tomates et coup\u00e9s les \u00e9galement en petits d\u00e9s, ainsi que les oignons. \u00c9p\u00e9pinez le piment frais et mettez le avec la coriandre dans un mixeur avec le curry et mixez. R\u00e9servez. Dans une cocotte, faire revenir les oignons et poivrons dans l&rsquo;huile pendant 10 min. Ajoutez la viande hach\u00e9e et remuez. Quand celle ci est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement color\u00e9e, rajoutez le m\u00e9lange piment-coriandre-curry et les tomates. Remuez. \u00c9p\u00e9pinez le piment oiseau, coupez le tr\u00e8s fin et rajoutez le \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration. Couvrez et laissez cuire environ 45 min. 10 minutes avant la fin de cuisson rajoutez les haricots rouges pr\u00e9alablement \u00e9goutt\u00e9s et rinc\u00e9s.
