{"id":313,"date":"2008-09-30T08:05:39","date_gmt":"2008-09-30T06:05:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=313"},"modified":"2008-09-30T08:05:39","modified_gmt":"2008-09-30T06:05:39","slug":"calamars-au-fenouil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=313","title":{"rendered":"Calamars au fenouil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un petit plat que j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pour 1 personne et il m&rsquo;a fallu le partager avec mon fils qui n&rsquo;avait jamais gout\u00e9 de fenouil et qui a beaucoup appr\u00e9ci\u00e9, de quoi le refaire en plus grosse quantit\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/P1020707.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 300px; height: 400px\" alt=\"Calamars, Fenouil, Vin, Herbes, Citron, Rapide, L\u00e9g\u00e8re\" title=\"Calamars au fenouil\" width=\"300\" border=\"0\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 1 personne<br \/>\n( points WW 5 points la portion)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 gros bulbe de fenouil<br \/>\n&#8211; 150g de blanc de calamars<br \/>\n&#8211; 1.5 cc de jus de citron<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 petite \u00e9chalote<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cc d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 feuilles de sauge<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 pinc\u00e9e de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; environ 7.5 cl de vin blanc<br \/>\n&#8211; 2.5 cl d&rsquo;eau<br \/>\n&#8211; thym<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, poivre<\/p>\n<p>Rincez et \u00e9pongez les blancs de calamars, coupez les en morceaux. Epluchez et \u00e9mincez l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote. Emincez le fenouil. Dans une petite po\u00eale, faire chauffer 1cc d&rsquo;huile et faire revenir les calamars pendant 5 min. Dans une autre, mettre le restant d&rsquo;huile et faire revenir le fenouil avec l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote. Sucrez, m\u00e9langez. Ajoutez les calamars, le vin et l&rsquo;eau, le citron, la sauge cisel\u00e9e, le thym, le sel et le poivre. Couvrez et laissez mijoter pendant 15 min environ sur feux doux.
