Les r\u00e2bles doivent \u00eatre color\u00e9s de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. D\u00e9glacez avec le vin blanc et laissez r\u00e9duire un peu. Ajoutez la tomate, le bouillon, la branche de romarin, salez et poivrez. Couvrez et laissez cuire 30 minutes \u00e0 couvert et \u00e0 feu doux. Remuez de temps en temps et si la sauce \u00e0 tendance \u00e0 trop s&rsquo;\u00e9paissir n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 rajouter du bouillon. Ajoutez ensuite les olives noires et laissez de nouveau cuire 10 minutes.
