Coupez la chair en cube. Pelez la gousse d&rsquo;ail. La recette pr\u00e9conise de mettre l&rsquo;ail, le clou de girofle et le thym dans une gaze, personnellement je n&rsquo;en avais pas je les aient simplement rajout\u00e9 dans le lait. Versez le lait dans une casserole, ajoutez le potimarron, l&rsquo;ail, le clou, le thym, la muscade, salez et poivrez. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, m\u00e9langez puis baissez le feu et laissez cuire 3 minutes \u00e0 couvert en m\u00e9langeant de temps en temps. Otez l&rsquo;ail, le thym et le clou de girofle. Mixez, rajoutez un peu de lait si le velout\u00e9 para\u00eet trop \u00e9pais.
