{"id":3564,"date":"2014-07-29T19:27:03","date_gmt":"2014-07-29T17:27:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=3564"},"modified":"2014-12-21T20:09:38","modified_gmt":"2014-12-21T18:09:38","slug":"tapenade-de-tomates-et-amandes-grillees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=3564","title":{"rendered":"Tapenade de tomates et amandes grill\u00e9es"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 c&rsquo;est le moment id\u00e9al pour r\u00e9aliser les tapenades, dips, rillettes et autres pr\u00e9parations, parfaites pour les ap\u00e9ros entre amis &#8211; faut-il encore qu&rsquo;il fasse beau !<br \/>\nJe vous propose une petite recette trouv\u00e9e et adapt\u00e9e du site \u00ab\u00a0le journal des femmes\u00a0\u00bb, adapt\u00e9e car comme \u00e0 mon habitude je ne fais pas attention \u00e0 ce que je mets dans mon sac et au lieu de prendre des tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile j&rsquo;ai achet\u00e9 des tomates fondantes cuites au four conserv\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;huile et mes amandes n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas \u00e9mond\u00e9es ce qui apporte un plus au niveau saveur &#8211; \u00e0 mon avis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3570 aligncenter\" title=\"Tapenade tomates et amandes grill\u00e9es\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/P1050080.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"466\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/P1050080.jpg 350w, https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/P1050080-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour 6 personnes<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> 20 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Difficult\u00e9 :<\/strong> Facile<br \/>\n<strong>Co\u00fbt :<\/strong> Abordable<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 100g de tomates \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9es<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 \u00e0 4 tomates l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9goutt\u00e9es r\u00f4ties au four<br \/>\n&#8211; 70g d&rsquo;amandes enti\u00e8res\u00a0 non pel\u00e9es<br \/>\n&#8211; 70g d&rsquo;olives noires (je prends des olives enti\u00e8res non d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es)<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 \u00e0 5 feuilles de basilic<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 cs d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cs de jus de citron<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 gousses d&rsquo;ail<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, Poivre du moulin<\/p>\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale chaude faite griller les amandes, r\u00e9servez.\u00a0 Dans le bol du blender, mettez, les tomates, les tomates r\u00f4ties, les olives noires d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es, le basilic, le jus de citron, les gousses d&rsquo;ail, et 2 l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Mixez par a coup, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne. Ajoutez les amandes en 2 fois, personnellement j&rsquo;ai laiss\u00e9 des petits morceaux d&rsquo;amandes ce qui apporte un peu de croquant \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration. Salez, poivrez, ajoutez de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive si la consistance vous para\u00eet trop s\u00e8che. D\u00e9barrassez et r\u00e9servez au frais.
