Un seul mot pour le d\u00e9crire \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9licieux\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/11\/P1030019.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 300px; height: 400px\" alt=\"Alcool, Amandes, Beurre, Cake, Farine, fruits d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9s, Fruits secs, Noisettes, Noix, Noix p\u00e9can, Rhum, Sucre, Sucre roux, Vergeoise, Raisins secs, Lait,\" title=\"Cake aux sucres et fruits...\" width=\"300\" border=\"0\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 200g de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g de cassonade<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g de vergeoise blonde<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 200g de beurre + un peu pour le moule<br \/>\n&#8211; 150g de fruits secs j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 des noix, noix de p\u00e9can, noisette enti\u00e8re, amande<br \/>\n&#8211; 50g de raisins secs<br \/>\n&#8211; 50g de raisins blonds<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g de fruits d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9s (ananas, mangue)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cc de levure chimique<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cc de 4\u00a0 \u00e9pices<br \/>\n&#8211; 10cl de lait<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 cs de rhum<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez le rhum et les raisins, laissez mac\u00e9rer. Dans un saladier, travaillez le beurre ramolli et les sucres. Incorporez les \u0153ufs puis la farine, la levure, le lait, les 4 \u00e9pices et le sel. M\u00e9langez. Hachez grossi\u00e8rement les fruits secs et incorporez les \u00e0 la p\u00e2te ainsi que les raisins et le rhum. Beurrez un moule \u00e0 cake et versez l&rsquo;appareil. Enfournez 1 heure.
