Faites les cuire \u00e0 la vapeur 8 minutes \u00e0 partir de la rotation de la soupape. R\u00e9servez.<br \/>\nDans une casserole, mettez \u00e0 dorer coup\u00e9es en tron\u00e7ons et l&rsquo;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 5 minutes sur feu mod\u00e9r\u00e9 avec un peu d&rsquo;huile. Ajoutez les choux, les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es coup\u00e9es en lani\u00e8res et le beurre. Salez, poivrez et continuez la cuisson 2 minutes.
