Personnellement je l&rsquo;ai accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;un peu de p\u00e2te nature qui s&rsquo;accommodait tr\u00e8s bien avec la sauce. Par contre ne pas prendre un plat trop grand cela \u00e9vitera que la sauce ne brule, le prendre juste de la taille du r\u00f4ti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/11\/P1030076.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 300px; height: 400px\" alt=\"Miel, Porc, Vin\" title=\"R\u00f4ti de porc au miel\" border=\"0\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 r\u00f4ti de porc de 1 kg environ<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 cs de miel<br \/>\n&#8211; 40g de beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; 30cl de Noilly Prat<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 brin de thym<br \/>\n&#8211; noix de muscade<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, poivre<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Enduisez le r\u00f4ti avec le beurre ramolli, salez-le, poivrez-le et parsemez le de thym effeuill\u00e9 et d&rsquo;un peu de muscade fraichement r\u00e2p\u00e9e. D\u00e9posez le r\u00f4ti dans un plat, enfournez et cuisez pendant 50 minutes. A mi cuisson, ajoutez le vin. Arrosez la viande de temps en temps afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter qu&rsquo;elle ne s\u00e8che. Au bout de ce temps, nappez le de miel et continuez la cuisson 15 minutes en retournant la viande et en l&rsquo;arrosant pour \u00e9vitez qu&rsquo;elle ne caram\u00e9lise trop.
