{"id":366,"date":"2008-11-23T08:56:22","date_gmt":"2008-11-23T07:56:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=366"},"modified":"2008-11-23T08:56:22","modified_gmt":"2008-11-23T07:56:22","slug":"petits-pains-au-boursin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=366","title":{"rendered":"Petits pains au boursin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cela faisait un petit moment que je n&rsquo;avais pas \u00ab\u00a0boulang\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, voici des petits pains que j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pour manger avec une salade, &#8230; excellent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/11\/P1030069.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 300px; height: 400px\" alt=\"Pain, Fromage, Boursin, Farine\" title=\"Petits pains au boursin\" border=\"0\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 6 petits pains<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 140 ml d&rsquo;eau<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cc de sel<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cc de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g de boursin<br \/>\n&#8211; 400g de farine T55<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cc de levure d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p>Mettre tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans la MAP et lancez le programme p\u00e2te. R\u00e9cup\u00e9rez la p\u00e2te et laissez la lever 40 minutes dans un endroit chaud. R\u00e9cup\u00e9rez le p\u00e2ton, p\u00e9trissez le 1 \u00e0 2 fois et formez 6 petites boules et placez les sur une plaque garnie de papier cuisson, incisez le dessus et laissez levez 1 h recouvert de film ou d&rsquo;un torchon. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200\u00b0 en position \u00ab\u00a0pain\u00a0\u00bb si vous l&rsquo;avez sinon placez une coupelle d&rsquo;eau dans le four et enfournez 20 minutes.
