Pelez la gousse d&rsquo;ail et coupez la en quatre. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C. Faites un puits au centre du fromage \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe, versez le vin et piquez l&rsquo;ail dans le fromage. Remettre le morceau pr\u00e9lev\u00e9. Fermez la boite, entourez la de papier aluminium et enfournez 20 minutes. Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parez la salade, dressez dans une assiette le jambon cru et les pommes de terre bien chaudes. Pr\u00e9sentez le fromage dans sa boite. D\u00e9gustez.<\/p>\n<p>* Vous pouvez faire trempez la boite 5 \u00e0 10 minutes pour \u00e9viter qu&rsquo;elle ne brule dans l&rsquo;eau froide.
