Formez un p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne, filmez et entreposez 1\/2 heure au frais. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. \u00c9talez la p\u00e2te sur un plan l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9. A l&rsquo;aide d&#8217;emporte pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9coupez des formes. D\u00e9posez les sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson et faire cuire 10 \u00e0 15 minutes. Retirez les biscuits et laissez refroidir. Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parez le sucre pour la d\u00e9coration. M\u00e9langez le blanc d&rsquo;\u0153uf avec le sucre et le citron. Divisez la pr\u00e9paration en autant de couleurs d\u00e9sir\u00e9 et rajoutez pour chaque le colorant. M\u00e9langez. A l&rsquo;aide de pinceau, poche ou sachet transparent dans lequel vous aurez mis le sucre d\u00e9corez les biscuits et laissez s\u00e9cher.
