Faites les cuire 8 minutes \u00e0 l&rsquo;autocuiseur. Pendant ce temps, pelez l&rsquo;oignon et hachez le. Faites le revenir dans\u00a0 l&rsquo;huile jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit translucide. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Otez la peau des filets de haddock et coupez les en d\u00e9s. Placez les dans un plat \u00e0 gratin, r\u00e9partissez les oignons, versez la cr\u00e8me et parsemez de la moiti\u00e9 du parmesan. Dans une assiette \u00e9cras\u00e9 grossi\u00e8rement les pommes de terre, poivrez les (ne salez pas)\u00a0 et placez les sur le poisson. Parsemez du parmesan restant.
