{"id":405,"date":"2009-01-03T10:40:03","date_gmt":"2009-01-03T09:40:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=405"},"modified":"2009-01-03T10:40:03","modified_gmt":"2009-01-03T09:40:03","slug":"risotto-au-magret-de-canard-fume","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=405","title":{"rendered":"Risotto au magret de canard fum\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cela faisait un petit moment que je n&rsquo;avais pas fais de risotto, et comme il me restait des magrets fum\u00e9s j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 cette petite recette toute simple mais d\u00e9licieuse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/01\/P1030344.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 300px; height: 400px\" alt=\"Canard, Magret, Mozzarella, Risotto, Riz\" title=\"Risotto au magret de canard fum\u00e9\" border=\"0\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Pour 3 personnes<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">&#8211; 250g de riz pour risotto<br \/>\n&#8211; 45g de tranche de magrets fum\u00e9s<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 litre d&rsquo;eau<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 bouillons cubes de l\u00e9gumes bio<br \/>\n&#8211; 70g de mozzarella r\u00e2p\u00e9e<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 \u00e9chalote<br \/>\n&#8211; 10g de beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, poivre<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Pelez et cisel\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote. Dans une casserole mettre l&rsquo;eau et les bouillons cubes et faire chauffer pour que le bouillon soit bien chaud. Dans une casserole, mettre le beurre \u00e0 fondre et faire revenir l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote sans coloration, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 transparence. Ajoutez ensuite le riz, remuez pour bien l&rsquo;enrober de beurre et qu&rsquo;il devienne presque transparent.\u00a0 Ajoutez 2 louches de bouillon et laissez absorber, recommencez l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration en ajoutant 1 louche par une louche pendant environ 20 minutes. Ne pas cesser de remuer. Goutez pour v\u00e9rifier la cuisson et adaptez.
