Franchement pas besoin d&rsquo;attendre de nouvelles f\u00eates pour l&rsquo;essayer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1552 aligncenter\" title=\"Pav\u00e9s de turbot au ch\u00e8vre\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/01\/P10303641.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/01\/P10303641.jpg 350w, https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/01\/P10303641-224x300.jpg 224w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 4 personnes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 4 filets de turbots de 150g chacun<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g de ch\u00e8vre frais (j&rsquo;ai pris un Valencay (pyramide))<br \/>\n&#8211; 20cl de vin blanc<br \/>\n&#8211; 20cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<br \/>\n&#8211; 250g de champignons des bois surgel\u00e9s<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 oignon<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 gousses d&rsquo;ail<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 \u00e9chalote<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 branches d&rsquo;estragon<br \/>\n&#8211; 5 cl d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, poivre du moulin<\/p>\n<p>Faites revenir l&rsquo;oignon pel\u00e9 et \u00e9minc\u00e9 3 minutes dans 2 cs d&rsquo;huile, ajoutez les champignons et cuisez les 5 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il rendent leur eau de v\u00e9g\u00e9tation. Parsemez d&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9 et cuisez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9vaporation du jus. R\u00e9servez au chaud.<br \/>\nDans une casserole, portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition le vin avec une tige d&rsquo;estragon, faites r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9, \u00f4tez l&rsquo;estragon puis ajoutez l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote cisel\u00e9e. Laissez bouillir pour qu&rsquo;il ne reste plus que 2 \u00e0 3 cuiller\u00e9es de liquide, baissez le feu, incorporez la cr\u00e8me, le fromage de ch\u00e8vre. Goutez et assaisonnez. Gardez au chaud. Faites cuire les pav\u00e9s de turbot 2 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive chaude avec un peu d&rsquo;huile. Disposez les avec les champignons dans les assiettes napp\u00e9es de sauce.
