{"id":438,"date":"2009-02-10T10:38:35","date_gmt":"2009-02-10T09:38:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=438"},"modified":"2009-02-10T10:38:35","modified_gmt":"2009-02-10T09:38:35","slug":"lasagne-italienne-classique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=438","title":{"rendered":"Lasagne Italienne classique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pour un d\u00e9jeuner improvis\u00e9 entre amis, voici un plat complet\u00a0 et rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser \u00e0 condition d&rsquo;avoir tout sous la main.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/02\/P1030487.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 300px; height: 400px\" alt=\"Italie, G.Laurentiis, Boeuf, P\u00e2tes, Tomates, Epinards, Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Oeufs, Paleron, \" title=\"Lasagne Italienne classique\" border=\"0\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 4 personnes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 15 p\u00e2tes \u00e0 lasagne s\u00e8ches (sans pr\u00e9-cuisson)<br \/>\n&#8211; 450g de paleron de b\u0153uf hach\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cs d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\n&#8211; 600ml de sauce b\u00e9chamel<br \/>\n&#8211; 360ml de sauce de type \u00ab\u00a0marinara\u00a0\u00bb ou une sauce tomate du commerce de type \u00ab\u00a0Napolitaine\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n&#8211; 675g de fromage ricotta<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 gros \u0153ufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 480g d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards surgel\u00e9s, hach\u00e9s, d\u00e9gel\u00e9s et enti\u00e8rement ass\u00e9ch\u00e9s<br \/>\n&#8211; 720ml (3 tasses) de mozzarella r\u00e2p\u00e9e<br \/>\n&#8211; 60ml (1\/4 tasse) de parmesan fraichement r\u00e2p\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, poivre du moulin<br \/>\n&#8211; Beurre<\/p>\n<p>Dans un sauteuse, faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile, y ajouter le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9, (1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de sel et la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de poivre. Faites sauter 8 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le b\u0153uf est bruni. Retirez du feu et \u00e9gouttez l&rsquo;exc\u00e8s de gras. R\u00e9servez.<br \/>\nPr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 190\/200\u00b0C.<br \/>\nDans un bol, bien m\u00e9langer la sauce tomate et la sauce b\u00e9chamel. Goutez et rectifiez l&rsquo;assaisonnement.<br \/>\nDans une autre bol de grandeur moyenne, combiner la ricotta et les \u0153ufs, 2 ml (1\/2 c.\u00e0 th\u00e9) de sel et la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de poivre. R\u00e9servez.<br \/>\nBeurrez un plat de 32.5 cm w 22.5 cm environ. A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re, versez 1\/3 de la sauce tomate-b\u00e9chamel. Disposez 5 lasagnes en les faisant se chevaucher l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pour couvrir compl\u00e8tement le plat. \u00c9tendre uniform\u00e9ment le m\u00e9lange ricotta-\u0153ufs. Recouvrir des \u00e9pinards. Disposez 5 autres feuilles de lasagnes. Recouvrir du b\u0153uf hach\u00e9, versez un autre tiers de la sauce et saupoudrez de 120ml (1\/2 tasse) de mozzarella. Recouvrir des 5 derni\u00e8res feuilles. Versez le reste de la sauce, mettre la mozzarella restante et saupoudrez de parmesan.
