{"id":45,"date":"2007-12-07T07:30:35","date_gmt":"2007-12-07T06:30:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=45"},"modified":"2007-12-07T07:30:35","modified_gmt":"2007-12-07T06:30:35","slug":"quiche-aux-poireaux-et-saumon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=45","title":{"rendered":"Quiche aux poireaux et saumon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>C&rsquo;est une mani\u00e8re de manger des poireaux, autrement qu&rsquo;en potage ou vinaigrette !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/P1010049.jpg\" alt=\"Poireaux, Saumon, Tartes sal\u00e9es\" title=\"Quiche aux poireaux et saumon\" border=\"0\" height=\"467\" width=\"350\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 6 portions :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 rouleau de p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 blancs de poireau<br \/>\n&#8211; 20cl de vin blanc<br \/>\n&#8211; 25cl de cr\u00e8me fraiche<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 10cl de lait<br \/>\n&#8211; 20g de beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 pinc\u00e9e de paprika<br \/>\n&#8211; 250g de filet de saumon ou de saumon fum\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 bouquet de ciboulette (je ne l&rsquo;ai pas mis)<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, poivre.<br \/>\nPr\u00e9chauffez le four 200\u00b0 C.<br \/>\nMettez la p\u00e2te dans une moule \u00e0 tarte, piquez en le fond et la faire cuire \u00e0 blanc 10 min. (Vous l&rsquo;aurez recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et de l\u00e9gumes secs.).<\/p>\n<p>Epluchez et lavez les blancs de poireaux et coupez tr\u00e8s finement. Faites les revenir dans le beurre \u00e0 feux doux 10 min, puis ajoutez le vin. Laissez mijoter 2 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9vaporation.<br \/>\nM\u00e9langez \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me le lai, les \u0153ufs battus, le paprika et la ciboulette cisel\u00e9e. Salez, poivrez.<\/p>\n<p>Etalez les poireaux sur le fond de tarte, puis d\u00e9posez les cubes de saumons.
