Coupez le bacon en lani\u00e8res. Nettoyez les champignons et \u00e9mincez les. Pelez et \u00e9mincez les oignons. Faites cuire 3 \u0153ufs \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau bouillante pendant 10 minutes. Rafraichissez les sous l&rsquo;eau froide, \u00e9calez les et coupez les en quartiers.<br \/>\nDans une sauteuse, faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile \u00e0 feu moyen et faites y dorer les cubes de poulet, le bacon et les oignons pendant 5 minutes. Ajoutez les champignons et prolongez la cuisson 5 minutes. Versez le whisky et faites flamber la pr\u00e9paration. Rectifiez l&rsquo;assaisonnement. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez la cr\u00e8me et 1 \u0153uf. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Versez la pr\u00e9paration au poulet dans un moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9 beurr\u00e9 de 24 cm de diam\u00e8tre. Ajoutez les quartiers d&rsquo;\u0153ufs durs et le m\u00e9lange cr\u00e8me-\u0153uf. Recouvrez le tout avec la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e en rabattant bien les bords \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du moule. A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette, dessinez des motifs sur le dessus de la tourte. Battez le dernier \u0153uf et badigeonnez en la surface de la tourte \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau. Enfournez pour 35 \u00e0 40 minutes.
