Couvrez une plaque de papier cuisson. D\u00e9posez les pav\u00e9s de thon. M\u00e9langez le pesto avec le citron et badigeonnez les pav\u00e9s. M\u00e9langez le fromage et la chapelure puis saupoudrez les pav\u00e9s. Passez 6\/7 minutes au four. Pour des pav\u00e9s surgel\u00e9s, comptez 10 minutes environ.
