{"id":469,"date":"2009-03-12T09:47:43","date_gmt":"2009-03-12T08:47:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=469"},"modified":"2009-03-12T09:47:43","modified_gmt":"2009-03-12T08:47:43","slug":"petits-fars-caramelises","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=469","title":{"rendered":"Petits fars caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>J&rsquo;ai red\u00e9couvert le pruneau et j&rsquo;avoue que maintenant je l&rsquo;appr\u00e9cie beaucoup plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 une certaine \u00e9poque, et apr\u00e8s une <a href=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=413\" target=\"_blank\">version all\u00e9g\u00e9e<\/a> je vous propose cette version qui est pas mal du tout.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/03\/P1030621.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 300px; height: 400px\" alt=\"Pruneaux, Oeufs, Sucre, Lait, Facile, Rapide\" title=\"Petits fars caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s\" border=\"0\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 6 petits fars (suivant la taille des moules j&rsquo;en ai fait 8 j&rsquo;ai donc mis un peu plus de pruneaux)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 18 pruneaux d&rsquo;Agen d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9s<br \/>\n&#8211; 5 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 45cl de lait<br \/>\n&#8211; 80g de farine tamis\u00e9e<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g de sucre en poudre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cs de sucre roux<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<br \/>\n&#8211; Beurre sal\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, battez les \u0153ufs en omelette. Faites ti\u00e9dir le lait. Mettez dans un saladier la farine, 100g de sucre en poudre et le sel, m\u00e9langez et faites une fontaine. Versez les \u0153ufs au milieu et m\u00e9langez. Versez le lait petit \u00e0 petit en m\u00e9langeant bien pour obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Beurrez les petits moules individuels. D\u00e9posez au fond de chacun 3 pruneaux et versez la p\u00e2te dessus. Faites cuire au four pendant 25 minutes. Sortez les fars et faites chauffer le gril. Saupoudrez le dessus des fars avec le sucre roux et d\u00e9posez un morceaux de beurre.
