R\u00e2pez finement sur le m\u00e9lange l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent d&rsquo;1 petit centim\u00e8tre de f\u00e8ve. Faites cuire \u00e0 feu doux, entre 45 min et 1 heure, en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce que le riz n&rsquo;accroche pas au fond de la casserole. Stoppez le feu lorsque les grains de riz sont bien tendres et la pr\u00e9paration \u00e9paisse et cr\u00e9meuse (il est normal que le riz n&rsquo;ait pas compl\u00e8tement absorb\u00e9 le lait, cela lui \u00e9vitera de devenir compacte et p\u00e2teux en refroidissant).
