Des \u00e9crevisses crus aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 plus adapt\u00e9s mais finir les restes \u00e9tait le but de ce plat. Si vous achetez des \u00e9crevisses pour le r\u00e9aliser, prenez alors des crus.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4777\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/IMG_1138.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_1138\" width=\"500\" height=\"750\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/IMG_1138.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/IMG_1138-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour 4 personnes<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> 10 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Cuisson :<\/strong> 15 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Difficult\u00e9 :<\/strong> Facile<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0350 g de spaghetti<\/li>\n<li>250\/300 g d&rsquo;\u00e9crevisses d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>150g de champignons<\/li>\n<li>10cl de vin blanc<\/li>\n<li>5cl de bouillon de crustac\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>1 grosse ou 2 petites \u00e9chalotes<\/li>\n<li>30g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>30cl cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/li>\n<li>Sel, poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Faites cuire les spaghettis le temps indiqu\u00e9 sur le paquet. Pendant ce temps, pelez et hachez les \u00e9chalotes, faites fondre le beurre dans une casserole (ou vous pourrez transvaser les spaghettis) et faites suer les \u00e9chalotes sans coloration. Ajoutez les champignons que vous aurez nettoy\u00e9s et coupez en fines lamelles ou en d\u00e9s. Une fois l&rsquo;eau que les champignons ont rendu \u00e9vapor\u00e9e, si vous avez des \u00e9crevisses crus mettez les a ce moment la et faites les colorer 1 minute,\u00a0 sinon d\u00e9glacez avec le vin et le bouillon de crustac\u00e9s, ajoutez vos \u00e9crevisses (si elle sont cuites), puis faites r\u00e9duire la sauce 2 minutes, ajoutez la cr\u00e8me, salez et poivrez. \u00c9gouttez les p\u00e2tes et rajoutez les \u00e0 la sauce.
