A refaire sans conteste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/03\/P1030688.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 300px; height: 400px\" alt=\"Nigella Lawson, Banane, Fruits secs, Noix, Raisins secs, Oeufs, Sucre, Cake, \" title=\"Cake \u00e0 la banane de Nigella\" border=\"0\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 8 \u00e0 10 personnes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 40g de raisins secs blonds<br \/>\n&#8211; <strike>6 <\/strike>j&rsquo;en ai mis 3 cs de rhum<br \/>\n&#8211; 120g de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cc de levure chimique<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 cc de bicarbonate de soude<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 cc de sel<br \/>\n&#8211; 120g de beurre fondu<br \/>\n&#8211; 120g de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 gros \u0153ufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 petites bananes tr\u00e8s m\u00fbres, \u00e9cras\u00e9es \u00e0 la fourchette<br \/>\n&#8211; 25g de noix hach\u00e9es<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cc de vanille naturelle<\/p>\n<p>Dans une petite casserole, mettez les raisins et le rhum. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, retirez du feu, couvrez et laissez reposer 1 heure ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les raisins aient absorb\u00e9 la majeure partie du liquide. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Dans un saladier, r\u00e9unissez la farine, la levure, le bicarbonate et le sel. M\u00e9langez intimement le tout \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re en bois. Dans un grand saladier, battez le beurre fondu avec le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 dissolution compl\u00e8te de celui-ci. Incorporez les \u0153ufs un \u00e0 un, sans cesser de battre, puis ajoutez les bananes, les noix, les raisins \u00e9goutt\u00e9s et l&rsquo;extrait de vanille. Incorporez un tiers de la farine puis, successivement, les deux tiers restant en battant bien entre chaque addition. Versez la p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 cake beurr\u00e9 de 22 cm, faites cuire \u00e0 mi hauteur pendant 1 heure \u00e0 1 heure 15. Le g\u00e2teau est pr\u00eat quant une lame ou une brochette en ressort propre.
