A refaire encore et encore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/04\/P1030758.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 400px; height: 300px\" alt=\"Ricotta, Courgettes, Tomates, Oignons, Oeufs, Parmesan, Herbes, Basilic, C\u00e9leri, Facile, \" title=\"G\u00e2teau jardinier de ricotta\" border=\"0\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 4 \u00e0 6 personnes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 courgette<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tomate<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 oignon nouveau<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 branche de c\u00e9leri<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 400g de ricotta<br \/>\n&#8211; 80g de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; 10 feuilles de basilic<br \/>\n&#8211; 200g de chapelure<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cs d&rsquo;huile<br \/>\n&#8211; 15g de beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 pinc\u00e9e de muscade<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, poivre du moulin<\/p>\n<p>Lavez la courgette, coupez la en deux dans la longueur et \u00e9mincez chaque moiti\u00e9. \u00c9p\u00e9pinez la tomate et coupez la en petits d\u00e9s. Nettoyez et hachez l&rsquo;oignon. Lavez la branche de c\u00e9leri, \u00f4tez les fils au besoin, \u00e9mincez-la finement. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Beurrez le fonds et les bords d&rsquo;un plat antiadh\u00e9sif allant au four. Saupoudrez le avec les 2\/3 de la chapelure et glissez le au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Chauffez l&rsquo;huile dans une grande po\u00eale. Ajoutez l&rsquo;oignon et le c\u00e9leri, laissez suer 2 minutes, puis ajoutez la courgette. Salez, poivrez, faites la sauter 3 minutes \u00e0 feu vif en remuant sans arr\u00eat. Ciselez le basilic. M\u00e9langez dans une terrine la ricotte, le parmesan, le basilic, les d\u00e9s de tomates et les \u0153ufs. Salez, poivrez et muscadez. Versez dans le plat, \u00e9galisez la surface \u00e0 la spatule, saupoudrez du reste de chapelure. Glissez au four, et cuisez 25 minutes.
