Faites les cuire 10 minutes \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e. \u00c9gouttez les. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C et beurrez un moule \u00e0 tarte. Sur le plan de travail farin\u00e9, \u00e9talez la p\u00e2te, piquez l\u00e0 de quelques coups de fourchettes, puis posez le c\u00f4t\u00e9 piqu\u00e9 contre le fond du moule. Couvrez la p\u00e2te de papier sufuris\u00e9, recouvrez de haricots secs et enfournez pour 10 minutes, afin que la p\u00e2te soit pr\u00e9cuite \u00e0 blanc. Rincez, \u00e9pongez et ciselez le basilic. Dans une jatte, r\u00e9unissez l&rsquo;\u0153uf, la ricotta, la cr\u00e8me liquide, du sel, le cayenne et le basilic cisel\u00e9? M\u00e9langez pour que la pr\u00e9paration soit homog\u00e8ne. Versez la sur la p\u00e2te pr\u00e9cuite. Coupez le jambon de Parme en lani\u00e8res et r\u00e9partissez les sur la tarte ainsi que les asperges.
